I help people reconnect to their sexual energy, intuition, and inner authority so they can move through life with more clarity, embodiment, and truth.

My work bridges sexology, tantra, Akashic Records, nervous system awareness, and energetic discernment, not as separate modalities, but as pathways back to yourself.

Sexual energy touches every part of life, not just physical intimacy.
It influences your relationships, creativity, confidence, boundaries, self-expression, and sense of direction.

When that sexual energy becomes suppressed, fragmented, or disconnected, it often shows up as confusion, burnout, people-pleasing, unclear boundaries, creative blocks, emotional depletion, or feeling disconnected from your direction in life.

This work is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that became buried beneath survival, conditioning, people-pleasing, and disconnection, and returning to the truth of who you were never meant to abandon in the first place.

My Story

At 25, my life looked successful from the outside.

I was working as an Architectural Technologist, had strong relationships around me, and appeared to have everything together.

But internally, I was unravelling.

I was experiencing severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and deep exhaustion from years of trying to hold everything perfectly together externally while abandoning myself internally.

Eventually, my nervous system forced me to stop.

What looked like a breakdown became the beginning of a complete reorientation of my life.

At one of the lowest points, I made a decision:
I could either continue disconnecting from myself, or I could choose to stay and discover who I really was beneath the fear, conditioning, and the person I thought I had to become.

The day after making that choice, I was unexpectedly introduced to the Akashic Records.

At the time, I knew nothing about energy work, intuition, or healing.
But something in me recognized it immediately.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life.

It helped me realize how much power I had unknowingly given away through fear, self-abandonment, and seeking answers outside of myself.

Over time, I began to understand the deeper relationship between sexual energy, embodiment, intuition, creativity, relationships, purpose, and personal power.

I saw how much changes when someone becomes disconnected from their sexual energy, not just in physical intimacy, but in their confidence, creativity, boundaries, relationships, and sense of self.

That understanding became the foundation of my work.

My Approach

My work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply transformational.

I’ve seen how easy it is to use spirituality as a way to escape ourselves instead of truly meeting ourselves.

This work is about reconnecting with your body, trusting your intuition without giving away your power, recognizing emotional and energetic patterns, strengthening boundaries, reclaiming your sexual and creative energy, and moving through life with greater clarity and self-respect.

Whether through mentorship, sexological education, Akashic work, tantra, or energetic guidance, the intention is the same:

to help you come back into relationship with your truth.

I’m a Board Certified Sexologist, Tantra Practitioner, Akashic Records Consultant and Teacher, and DJ/Producer under the artist name AntahKarana.

Both my healing work and music are rooted in the same intention:
creating spaces that reconnect people to presence, depth, feeling, and embodiment.

Because when you reconnect to yourself, your life changes from the inside out.
